*Actual results will vary depending upon vehicle type, load and other driving conditions. Chevron Inc. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, validity, completeness or accuracy of the estimates provided in this calculator tool.

**Increase shown between Current and Estimated MPG/KPL. Tests show up to 4.2% fuel economy improvement with Class 8 trucks running Volvo D12D engines when compared to SAE 15W-40 oil.  The ultra-low ash ADF products deliver an increase of up to 3% fuel economy benefit over the service life of the diesel particulate filter compared to conventional 1% ash oils. Always confirm that the product selected is consistent with the original equipment manufacturer's recommendation for the equipment operating conditions and customer's maintenance practices.

***Enabled CO2 Reduction is an estimate of avoided CO2 emissions based solely on Chevron's estimate of the diesel fuel saved when using the selected product (as compared to SAE 15W-40 oil) multiplied by the EPA/DOT common conversion factor of 22.44 lbs. / 10.18 kgs. of CO2 emissions/gallon (Federal Register 2010). This estimate does not factor in any other CO2 emissions released or avoided during the product's lifecycle and, in accordance with corporate reporting practices, should not be used to calculate Scope 1 emissions of an organization, its operations or its fleet or for any other greenhouse (GHG) emissions reporting.
